Beef and vegetable skewers
Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut the mushrooms in half, the red pepper in squares and the courgette into half moons. Season the meat generously with Carmencita’s product meat grill. Prepare the skewers alternating the meat with the vegetables on the skewer. Heat up the grill or griddle and add a little olive oil. Cook the beef and vegetable skewers. When you turn them over, season them again. Cook to taste.
