Parsley is one of the most used condiments in Mediterranean cooking and in many other countries of the world, but this herb deteriorates if kept for many days in the refrigerator. Carmencita delivers it in different formats to adapt it for all kinds of users.
Perfect for soup, green sauce, fish, meat, vegetables and shellfish. Also for potatoes and salads. If it is soaked it in cold water, it gets a more intense aroma.<\/p>

Try it on croutons: in a bowl mix oil, parsley, garlic powder, a pinch of paprika and salt. Soak bread cubes and bake them until they are golden and crunchy.<\/p>
