Our traditional Mediterranean rosemary belongs to the same family as thyme, sage and basil. Although having a somewhat pungent, resinous and bitter taste, its melliferous blue-violet flowers also reveal the sweet perfumes this aromatic plant has.<\/p>

Rosemary hardly loses aroma when it is dried, and is a part of Proven\u00e7al herbs.<\/p>

All your dishes can be enhanced with this plant. It is perfect for stews of strongly flavoured meats and fish, vegetables, potatoes, wine-based sauces and pastas. It is also used for paella, in roast chicken, breads and soups.<\/p>
