Garlic is a very popular natural seasoning present in all cuisines around the world due to its intense acrid and spicy flavor.<\/p>

Add a pinch of pure dehydrated garlic – chopped, granulated or powdered – to your stews, pickles, stir-fries, soups and sauces to enhance their flavour.<\/p>

The more ground it is, the more presence of flavor it will have with the same amount. Chopped garlic, with a less powerful aroma than fresh garlic, is perfect for any presentation of meat, fish or vegetables without forming lumps. Granulated, it evenly dresses salads, sauces or creams and soups. And the powerful ground garlic powder is ideal for quickly integrating flavor into short-cooking recipes, or brines and marinades, providing even more intensity than natural garlic.<\/p>

The practical presentation in a jar avoids the strong smell that peeling and chopping natural garlic leaves on your hands, but be careful: it is not advisable to use it directly in hot oil since, since it does not contain water, it would burn quickly.<\/p>
