This video tells you about our company, about Carmencita, but if there’s one thing we regret, it’s that you still cannot smell via the screen. Because if there is something that defines Carmencita, it is its aroma: of spices, of memories, of home. Here, every door that opens is a sensory journey. Pepper that awakens, cinnamon that caresses, oregano that transports you. Each room holds a different aroma, lovingly cared for to preserve its quality and purity. But there is an invisible<\/p>

perfume that permeates everything: that of family, tradition, the timeless kitchen… and also that of innovation, technology, and new gastronomy.<\/p>

That balance between what we were and what we are building today is the result of more than 100 years of history. A blend so unique that it is not manufactured: it is inherited, breathed, and passed on.<\/p>
