Carmencita participated in FOMOfest, the first festival of innovation and talent aimed at Generation Z, held at the Marina de Empresas (“Business Marina”) EDEM in Valencia. A vibrant event that brings together young entrepreneurs eager to transform the future, it served as the perfect stage to showcase our latest innovations: Shaker Fries and Spice Coffee, two offerings designed to adapt to new lifestyles.
During the event, we conducted a workshop entitled “The Culture of Flavour,” where we delved into the fundamental role of sensory analysis and our quality assurance department in the development of new products. An activity that highlighted how the combination of tradition and innovation is key to connecting with younger generations.
