Jesús Navarro, CEO of Carmencita, has been a speaker at the Digital Enterprise Show (DES), one of the most important international events on digital innovation and business transformation, which was held in Málaga from 10 to 12 June.
Specifically, the general director was part of the round table “E-commerce with a Brand: Strategies to Inspire, Connect and Convert Online,” held on 12 June on the Retail Tech Fest Auditorium stage. The session, moderated by Pablo López Gil, general director of the Leading Brands of Spain Forum, also featured the participation of Víctor Luque Navas, general director of TROPS.
During the talk, key issues for brands in the digital environment were addressed, such as the evolution of e-commerce, the keys to connecting with new audiences, the role of influencers, and the use of artificial intelligence to optimise the online experience.
Jesús Navarro shared Carmencita’s experience of also building a solid and coherent brand in the digital environment, and how e-commerce has become a tool not only for sales but also for emotional connection with the consumer.
