The Director of the Basque Culinary Center visits Carmencita’s new facilities.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Joxe Mari Aizega, General Director of the Basque Culinary Center, to our facilities in Novelda.

It was a very special visit, guided by Jesús Navarro Alberola, our CEO, who presented the new spaces of Carmencita—places where tradition and innovation meet every day to shape the future of flavour.

During the tour, we exchanged ideas and experiences on the role of research, specialisation, and innovation in contemporary cuisine. Jose Mari Aizega praised Carmencita’s ability to innovate without losing its essence, highlighting the brand’s high level of expertise and the diversity of its work: over 80 raw materials and a catalogue of more than 700 references, the result of the dedication, curiosity, and commitment of our entire team.
