Carmencita’s presence at HIP (Horeca Professional Expo) has further consolidated its Horeca strategy while helping shape the sector’s priorities for the year ahead.
Throughout the three-day event, our stand served as a constant meeting point for distributors, restaurant groups, hospitality operators, and national partners. A packed schedule of meetings has already translated into tangible opportunities for the months ahead. This momentum was further amplified by extensive media coverage that highlighted both our participation and the product innovations unveiled at the show.
This year, our focus was firmly on practical solutions tailored to the day-to-day demands of professional kitchens. We unveiled our new Air Fryer spice range, carefully formulated to withstand high temperatures while preserving depth, balance, and intensity of flavour — in response to a technique that is becoming increasingly embedded in modern foodservice operations.
We also presented the evolution of Spice Coffee, with a proposition designed to enhance flavour nuance, elevate the in-cup experience, and unlock new opportunities within the hospitality channel. Key developments included the launch of our new cocoa blend for coffee and the expansion of our single-serve format, created specifically to streamline service and improve operational efficiency.
All under a clear guiding principle: delivering solutions that provide genuine added value, both sensorially and operationally.
HIP also provided a platform to further spotlight strategic collaborations that continue to strengthen our brand presence and industry conversation. From in-store and counter activations at Starbucks, featuring products such as cocoa, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar, to our partnership with Cosori within the Air Fryer category, aimed at inspiring recipes and new consumption moments through a contemporary and relevant narrative.
At the same time, our CEO, Jesús Navarro Alberola, shared his perspective on the company’s evolution during a live broadcast from the Radio Intereconomía stand located at the exhibition, alongside meetings with industry professionals and specialised media.
One message underpinned the entire event: evolving towards new audiences while remaining true to the essence and values of a century-old company.
HIP 2026 leaves us with a clear confirmation: we continue to innovate in order to keep growing, with an increasingly defined Horeca strategy fully aligned with the future of the sector.
