The international paella contest, which was held in Sueca (Valencia) on September 15th, is regarded as the most relevant worldwide gastronomic event around Valencian Paella.

In this 63rd edition both national and international chefs participated, who were judged by a jury of professional prestige in the gastronomy world.

Chefs from 12 countries moved to Sueca to compete in order to acquire the title of “best paella in the world”.

Once again this year, Carmencita did not want to miss this important event in the sector.
