It has been a few days since we returned from Madrid Fusion, but we are still savouring every moment experienced at the country’s most influential gastronomy conference.
Like every year, Carmencita was not absent from IFEMA. A place where important chefs and new generations of Spanish cuisine come together to share experiences and be up-to-date with the latest gastronomic trends.
Martín Berastegui, the Torres brothers, Hideki Matsuhisa, the head of the Repsol Guide, María Ritter… Our stand became an aromatic meeting spot where great professionals dropped in to congratulate us on our centennial.
We were delighted to hear their emphatic words praising the quality of our spices, and of how Carmencita is the leading brand that is never absent from their kitchens. A great honour!
