A delicious way to cook chicken with a lot of flavour. Try adding a touch of rosemary and thyme with our chicken seasoning (salt-free) which, together with the aroma and flavour of the beer, will give you in a surprising recipe. You can also add salt. We have added a bit with our Mediterranean sea salt.

Extra virgin olive oil
6 chicken thighs
1 onion
1/2 carrot
Carmencita Unsalted Chicken Seasoning
1 can of dark beer
1/2 glass of chicken broth
Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt
1. Sear the meat in the frying pan until it has browned.
2. Set the meat aside and poach the onion and carrot. Season with the salt-free chicken seasoning.
3. Add the stout, the chicken and the broth.
4. Cook for 15 minutes until the sauce has thickened
