Ingredients

200 g of pasta
80 g of butter
40 g of flour
500 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
300 g of cheese
50 g of parmesan
50 g of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika Carmencita
Sea salt grinder Carmencita
Mix 4 peppers grinder Carmencita

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 200ºC and cook the pasta in salt and water for half of the indicated time.
  2. Drain and reserve the pasta.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and toast it for some minutes.
  4. Add the milk, pepper, salt and cook it until you get a light bechamel.

5. Add the mustard and the grated cheese, stir until everything is integrated.
6. Mix the pasta and the bechamel and pour it over a baking tray.
7. Prepare a mix of parmesan, panko, sweet smoked paprika and butter.
8. Sprinkle it over the macaroni and bake it for 15 minutes.
