Ingredients

2 codfish fillets
250 g of flour
250 ml of beer
1 egg
1 teaspoon of Carmencita baking powder
Carmencita fish and seafood foodie grinder
sunflower oil
2 big potatoes
Carmencita potatoes foodie grinder

Preparation

  1. Cut the potatoes into thick sticks and clean them on a bowl with cold water.
  2. Dry them properly and fry them on abundant oil.
  3. Season with the Potatoes seasoning grinder.
  4. Add the flour, the fish and seafood seasoning, a teaspoon of baking powder, an egg and the beer into a bowl.

5. Mix it well until you get an even dough.
6. Dip each codfish fillet into the mixture until is fully covered.
7. Fry the fillets until they turn Golden and crispy.
8. You can accompany this dish with pea soup or tartar sauce.
