Ingredients

3 peppers
1 purple onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Seasoning Pasta Pizza (salt free) Carmencita
Pink salt & 3 peppers Carmencita
1/2 ciabatta
1 burrata
4 slices of jerky

Preparation

  1. Place the peppers, onion and a trickle of extra virgin olive oil on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the oven for 1 hour at 200⁰C.
  3. Pelar y cortar las verduras ya asadas.
  4. Mix the roasted vegetables with the pasta pizza seasoning, the pink salt and 3 peppers and the extra virgin olive oil.

5. Cut the ciabatta in half and toast with a little oil in a frying pan.
6. Spread the burrata on the toast and place 4 slices of cured meat and the roasted vegetables on top.
