150 ml tomato juice

20 ml lemon juice

6 drops Worcestershire Sauce

3 drops Tabasco

1/4 of teaspoon Carmencita Ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Himalaya pink salt

1/2 teaspoon grinder Carmencita Black pepper

50 ml vodka

Carmencita Spicy salt

Celery

Preparation

  1. Chill the mixing glass with ice.
  2. Drain the remaining water from the ice.
  3. Add tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
  4. Season with Carmencita ground mustard, Carmencita Himalaya pink salt and the Carmencita black pepper mill.
  5. Add the vodka and mix with a cocktail spoon.
  6. On a plate, grind the Carmencita spicy salt mill.
  7. Wet the rim of the glass with lime and smear with the ground spicy salt.
  8. Add ice cubes to the glass and strain the cocktail mix.
  9. Finish with a sprig of celery and a banderilla of pickled gherkins.
