2 beetrots
2 sweet potatoes
2 potatoes
Carmencita Thyme
Carmencita Sea Salt
Carmencita white pepper
100 g of butter
200 g of Gruyeré cheese
500 g of cream
200 g of parmesan
Carmencita nutmeg
Carmencita garlic ground

Preparation

  1. Cut all the vegetables using a mandoline and put them over an oven tray.
  2. Melt the butter with the cream, the parmesan and the spices on a casserole.
  3. Dip the vegetables with the cheese and cream sauce and mince the gruyere cheese over it.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 220ºC.
