1 plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Carmencita Bio ground Garlic
Carmencita Mediterranean Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Bio ground black Pepper
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice
50 g butter
1 teaspoon Carmencita Bio sweet Paprika
White wine vinegar
1 egg
Toasted bread
Carmencita Bio Oregano

Preparation

  1. Mix the yogurt with the garlic, pepper, salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Melt the butter and without heating add the paprika.
  3. In a saucepan, add the vinegar to the boiling water and when it starts to boil, stir the water and add the egg until it is fully cooked.
  4. Toast the bread, put the yogurt sauce, the paprika butter, the egg and sprinkle oregano.
