Ingredients

2 beef fillets
1 tablespoon Carmencita Seasoning steak
Carmencita Giant grinder Black pepper
50 g Iberian ham
100 g goat cheese
2 “Piquillo” peppers
150 g flour
2 eggs
200 g breadcrumbs
Sunflower oil
Carmencita Sea salt with herbs

Preparation

  1. Tenderise the veal fillets and season with the meat seasoning and black pepper.
  2. Place the Iberian ham, goat cheese and the piquillo peppers on.
  3. Wrap with the other part of the meat, and bread.
  4. Next, fry the cachopo and serve with piquillo peppers on top and a little Mediterranean sea salt with herbs.
