Curried chicken samosas

Samosas are a typical Indian appetiser.

For our own Carmencita touch, what better than our salt with curry accompanied by spices like coriander, pepper, curry and garlic.

Extra virgin olive oil
1 onion
1 carrot
Carmencita Salt & curry giant grinder
1 red bell pepper
Chicken
1 tablespoon Carmencita Coriander leaves
1 tablespoon Carmencita Ground Garlic
1 tablespoon Carmencita Curry
1/4 teaspoon Carmencita Cracked Black pepper
1/2 glass of coconut milk
Brick mass
Curry sauce
Jam

Preparation

  1. Sauté the vegetables with oil until they are tender and season with the curry salt.
  2. Add the chicken and season with coriander, garlic, curry and pepper.
  3. Add the coconut milk, cooking briefly and letting cool to use as the filling.
  4. To fold the samosa, cut the dough into strips, fill with chicken and fold into a triangle until it is sealed.
  5. Fry and finish off with curry sauce and jam.
