The club sandwich is a good lure in any stylish bar for its delicious flavour, great colouring and simplicity. Now you can make it at home combining smoked bacon with Carmencita Barbecue seasoning and turkey with the aroma of rosemary from the Carmencita Chicken seasoning.

3 slices sliced bread
4 slices bacon
2 turkey breasts
4 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 tomato
25 g lettuce
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon Carmencita Barbacoa seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Chicken seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook the bacon with the barbecue seasoning and the turkey breast with the chicken seasoning.
  2. Toast the sliced bread in a frying pan with a knob of butter.
  3. Assemble the sandwich combining the bread with mayonnaise, cheese, bacon, turkey, tomato and lettuce.
  4. Stick a toothpick in each corner and cut the sandwich into four triangles.
