12 cherry tomatoes
5 radishes
1 red onion
1 cucumber
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Carmencita Salad seasoning
1 jar chickpeas drained
black olives
150 g tuna
150 g feta cheese
1 teaspoon Carmencita Peppermint

Preparation

  1. Cut the tomatoes, radishes, cucumber and onion.
  2. Make a vinaigrette with the salad seasoning and emulsify.
  3. Drain and wash the chickpeas, and add the already cut vegetables.
  4. Add the olives, tuna and feta cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the mint and dress the salad with the vinaigrette.
