1/4 of drumhead cabbage
1/4 of red cabbage1 spring onion
2 carrots
100 g of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of Carmencita fine herbs
Carmencita vegetable grinder

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables into thin strips and grate the carrots.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, the sugar, the fine herbs, pepper and salt.
