350 g couscous
350 ml water
Carmencita pink salt & 3 peppers
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
50 g dates
1/2 red pepper
1 cucumber
1/2 green pepper
10 cherry tomatoes
1 spring onion
1 tablespoon Carmencita Peppermint
1 tablespoon Carmencita Parsley
50 g black olives
1 tablespoon Carmencita Ras el Hanout
1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Add equal parts couscous and boiling water to a bowl, cover it and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Season it with the pink salt with 3 peppers, extra virgin olive oil and chopped dates.
  3. Mix well to break up the grains.
  4. Chop the vegetables into fine pieces, add the peppermint, the parsley and black olives, and mix with the already cooled couscous.
  5. Prepare a dressing of olive oil, ras el Hanout and lemon to add to the tabbouleh.
