Ingredients

20 g butter
20 g flour
500 ml milk
Carmencita Chicken & White meats seasoning
2 turkey breasts
Carmencita Himalaya pink salt & 3 peppercorns mix
1 puff pastry
Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Carmencita Oregano
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon Carmencita Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter and brown the flour briefly. Add the milk and mix until it comes to a boil. Season with the mill and reserve the bechamel.
  2. Season the turkey breast with the pink salt grinder and 3 peppers.
  3. Stretch the puff pastry, put the breast in the puff pastry and bathe with the béchamel.
  4. Grate the cheddar cheese on top and add the oregano.
  5. Close the puff pastry, decorate and paint with egg.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25 min at 200 ⁰ C.
