1 onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Carmencita Spicy salt
Carmencita Bio ground Garlic
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 glass white wine
1 glass fish stock
500 g cod shells
250 g clams
Carmencita Bio Parsley

Preparation

  1. Poach the finely chopped onion in oil and season with the spicy salt.
  2. Add the garlic, flour and cook briefly so the flour does not remain dry.
  3. Add the white wine and cook to eliminate the alcohol. Then add the fish stock and the cod cheeks.
  4. Boil briefly and add the clams so that they open.
  5. Add parsley and cook in the broth for 10 minutes.
