750 g Carmencita Mix to prepare smoked salmon

3 tablespoons Carmencita Dill leaves

1 tablespoon Carmencita White pepper

600 g salmon

Avocado

Cereal bread

1 envelope Carmencita Guacamole

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the Carmencita Smoked Salmon Mix with the Carmencita White Peppercorns and the Carmencita Dill.
  2. Prepare a bed of the salt mixture, place the salmon loin on top and cover with the rest of the mixture.
  3. Marinate in the fridge for 1-2 days.
  4. Wash the salmon in cold water and dry it well.
  5. Laminate the salmon, once dry, and reserve it in extra virgin olive oil or use it immediately.
  6. Cut an avocado into slices and place it on a cereal bread.
  7. Sprinkle the Pocket guacamole over the avocado and finish with the salmon, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the Carmencita Dill.
