3 red peppers
150 g of nuts
75 g of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon of Carmencita Garlic ground
1 tablespoon of Carmencita Sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of Carmencita Cumin ground
Carmencita Sea Salt grinder
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Bake the red peppers for 40 minutes at 200ºC, once baked, peel them and remove the seeds.
  2. Mash the baked peppers with the nuts, the breadcrumbs, the tomato sauce, the sweet paprika, the ground garlic, the ground cumin, the sea salt, the olive oil and the lime juice.
