Cooked octopus

Sourdough bread

4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon of Carmencita sliced garlic

1 tablespoon of Carmencita octopus paprika

1/2 glass of white wine

Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt

Preparation

1. Cut some slices of bread and toast them.
2. Cut up the already cooked octopus into fine slices and set aside.
3. In a frying pan, add the oil, garlic, and paprika. Cook briefly and add the white wine.
4. Cook until the white wine has evaporated and add the octopus.

5. Serve on toast and add a little tetilla cheese.
6. Bake au gratin for 5 minutes at 200⁰C.
