Ingredients

1/2 red cabbage
1 onion
1 potato
1 glass of milk
3-4 glasses of water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Carmencita Lavender Salad
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Pebrella
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Sesame seed
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the red cabbage, 1 onion and 1 potato.
  2. Add the milk, water, juice of ½ lemon and the lavender salad grinder.
  3. Boil over medium heat for 40 minutes.
  4. Blend and strain.
  5. Chill.
  6. Decorate with the pebrella, the sesame seeds and olive oil.
