Garam marsala chicken

2 glasses kefir
1/2 tablespoon Carmencita Hot paprika
1/2 tablespoon Carmencita Garam masala
1/2 tablespoon citronella
500 g chicken wings
Extra virgin olive oil
1 onion
100 g grated tomato
1 glass chicken broth
Carmencita Himalaya pink salt
Carmencita Black pepper

Preparation

  1.  Mix the kefir with the spices in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Sauté the onion in a pan and add the grated tomato.
  4. When it is fried, add the chicken and kefir.
  5. Mark in the pan and add the chicken broth.
  6. Reduce broth.
  7. Season and decorate with chives.
