Ingredients

500 g veal meat
2 egg yolks
Carmencita Sea salt
Carmencita Mix 4 peppers
1 tablespoon Carmencita Onion powder
1 tablespoon Carmencita Bistec seasoning (salt free)
2 brioche breads
4 slices of cheddar cheese
1/2 purple onion
3 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, 2 egg yolks and season with salt, pepper, onion and the salt-free steak seasoning.
  2. Make balls of the same weight.
  3. Cook the bacon in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil and set aside.
  4. Add two balls of meat to the same frying pan and flatten with a spatula until you have a very thin hamburger.
  5. Place the julienned onion on top and flip it over so the other side of the hamburger cooks with the onion.

6. Add two slices of cheese on top of each hamburger and cook until the cheese has melted.
7. Cut 1 brioche in half.
8. Assemble the hamburger.
