250 g of beef fillets
200 g of mushrooms
1 onion
150 g of
1 tablespoon of Carmencita Ground Mustard
50 g of Brandy
1 Carmencita Bay Leaf
25 g of Butter
2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Carmencita Steak grinder

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion, the mushroom, and the beef. Mark the beef on a pan with extra virgin olive oil and set it aside.
  2. Add the butter to the pan and poach the onion for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the laminated mushrooms and season them with the Steak Giant Grinder, cook it for some minutes.
  4. Add the brandy and reduce it so the alcohol evaporates.

5. After this, add the cream, the ground mustard, and a bay leaf.
6. Add the beef and cook it for some minutes.
