120 g baby spinach
150g strawberries
50 g blackberries
60 g walnuts
200 g cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt giant grinder Carmencita
Black pepper ground Carmencita
1 tablespoon Salad seasoning grinder unsalted Carmencita

Preparation

  1. Mix the cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice and olive oil until emulsified and season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper
  2. Cut the strawberries into slices and in a salad bowl add the baby spinach.
  3. Pour the cottage cheese vinaigrette over the salad.
  4. Add the strawberry slices and blackberries on top of the spinach.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped toasted walnuts over the spinach and strawberries.
  6. Season with the salad seasoning and finish with the vinaigrette.
