Ingredients

1 sheet of short pastry
1/2 kg of pumpkin
150 g of brown sugar
350 ml of cream
1 tablespoon of Carmencita sweet coffee
Sea salt
3 eggs
Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and boil it on a cooking pot along with the sugar and the cream.
  2. Season it with the Sweet Coffee and let it cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Mash the pumpkin cream and add the eggs and a touch of sea salt.
  4. Cover the mould with the short pastry and add the pumpkin cream mix inside of it.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180ºC.
  6. Once it has cooled, finish the pie with the whipped cream and the Sweet Coffee.
