1 jar of chopped tomatoes
1 onion
1 green peppers
Carmencita onion powder
Carmencita cumin seed ground
Carmencita cinnamon ground
Carmencita cayenne chilli pepper crushed
Carmencita sea salt
Carmencita black pepper
Mozzarella
3 eggs

Preparation

  1. Chop the vegetables finely, start to poach them on a frying pan with the spices.
  2. Once the vegetables are poached, add the jar of chopped tomatoes and cook them on low heat for 10 minutes until everything turns soft.
  3. Add the mozzarella until it melts and the eggs until they are cooked.
  4. Finish with ciabatta bread to dip on the eggs.
