1 broccoli
1 cauliflower
100 g dried tomato
100 g of raisins
50 g of black olives
1 sachet almond sliced
1 teaspoon Carmencita Parsley
1 teaspoon Carmencita Peppermint
Carmencita Salt and curry
Carmencita ground White pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Triturate the broccoli and cauliflower.
  2. In a bowl, mix the broccoli and cauliflower with the tomato, raisins, olives and almonds.
  3. Dress with a mixture of parsley, peppermint, curried salt, pepper, lemon and extra virgin olive oil.
