2 tomatoes
125 g of mozzarella
25 g of basil and rocket
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of Carmencita Iberian Pinenuts
Carmencita Vegan Salad grinder

Preparation

  1. Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into slices and distribute them on the plate.
  2. Add the rocket, the basil and the pinenuts.
  3. Season it with the Vegan Salad Grinder and finish it with extra virgin olive oil.
