Tiramisu with Thai Coffee

500 g of Mascarpone
4 eggs
150 g of sugar
1 shot of coffee
2 tablespoon of amaretto
20 Ladyfingers
3 teaspoons of Carmencita Thai Coffee

Preparation

  1. Prepare the freshly-ground coffee on the coffee maker to keep all the flavour and aroma of the coffee.
  2. Add the amaretto tablespoons to the coffee and set it aside.
  3. Lighten 4 egg yolks with the sugar and whip the egg whites.
  4. Add the whipped egg yolks to the mascarpone with enveloping movements.

5. Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee with the liquor and cover them with the mascarpone cream.
6. Finish it by sprinkling it with the new Thai Coffee.
