1 purple onion
2 pickles
20 g of Carmencita Capers
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon of Carmencita fine herbs.

Preparation
