Ingredients

200 ml of water
150 g of rice
1 L of whole milk
200 ml of cream 35% mg
1 tablespoon of Carmencita Vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon Carmencita ground cinnamon
Lemon zest
150 g of sugar
50 g butter

Preparation

  1. Boil the water with the rice for 5 minutes and add the whole milk and cream.
  2. Add the cinnamon, lemon zest and vanilla sugar mixing constantly.
  3. Cook the rice for 45 minutes so that it releases all the starch.
  4. To finish while hot, add the sugar and mix in the butter until creamy.
  5. Let stand for 1 hour until it is cool and add vanilla sugar on top of the dessert to caramelise with a blowtorch.
