2 cucumbers
3 purple onions
3 carrots
1/2 cauliflower
300 ml white wine vinegar
100 ml water
100 g sugar
2 Carmencita Bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita ground Coriander seed
2 Carmencita Clove
Carmencita Pepper & salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the cucumbers into slices, the onion into julienne strips, the carrot into sticks and the cauliflower into little trees.
  2. Prepare the pickling liquid by boiling the other ingredients.
  3. Place the vegetables in the jars and with the liquid still hot fill the jars.
  4. Close the jars and leave stored in the fridge until they pickle.
