Ingredients

2 slices of bread
1 egg
3 tablespoons of honey
2 strawberries
8 blueberries
100 g of greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon of muesli
1 teaspoon of Carmencita Sweet Spices

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg, the honey, the greek yoghurt and the Carmencita sweet spices in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Cut the strawberries into sheets.
  3. Press the centre of the bread with a spoon to create a cavity.
  4. Fill the bread with the yogurt mix and add the laminated strawberries and the blueberries over it.
  5. Bake it at 200ºC for 10-15 minutes. Decorate it with muesli and sweet spices to your taste.
