2 hake loins

6 wild asparagus

100 g edamame

5 cherry tomatoes

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Carmencita mediterranean fish

Carmencita curry vegetable

Preparation

1. Place the wild asparagus, edamame and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil and the Vegetable curry grinder seasoning.
3. Place the vegetables in an air fryer basket with the hake loins on top.
4. On top add the Mediterranean fish grinder spices and a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.

5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180⁰C.
