Mango and watermelon ice lollies

What better to refresh us in summer than a vegan ice cream based on fruit, with no sugar.

A two-colour ice lolly with a first layer of coconut milk and fresh mango with coriander and basil. And a second layer of watermelon and strawberries with peppermint, which contributes freshness and a lot of flavour.

1 handle
200 ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon Carmencita Coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Basil
1/4 of watermelon
4 strawberries
1 tablespoon of Carmencita Peppermint

Preparation

  1. Blend the mango with coconut milk, coriander and basil.
  2. Fill halfway and freeze.
  3. Blend the watermelon with the strawberries and peppermint.
  4. Fill and freeze.
