200 g orzo
1/2 glass coconut milk
1 glass of water
1/4 glass of white wine
500 g cherry tomato
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon Carmencita chopped Garlic
1 teaspoon Carmencita Oregano
Carmencita ground White pepper
Carmencita Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil and cook the cherry tomatoes until they are a little soft, add the chopped garlic and white wine.
  2. Add the orzo and sauté briefly.
  3. Add the coconut milk, oregano, ground white pepper, water and sea salt.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Add grated parmesan and cream it away from the burner.
