1 bottle of Carmencita Pancakes
225 ml milk
Butter
3 slices of bacon
Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Shake the bottle of pancake mix before opening it and add milk to the neck of the bottle.
  2. Add 225 ml of milk to the bottle (to the neck of the bottle).
  3. Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the mix has been dissolved.
  4. Heat the frying pan with a little butter.
  5. Pour the pancake mix in and cook the pancakes on both sides at medium-high heat.

Lastly, fry some bacon slices, soak them in maple syrup and enjoy your pancakes suitable for coeliacs.
