400 g chickpeas

1 onion

1 tablespoon Carmencita ground Garlic

1 tablespoon Carmencita Cumin seeds

1 tablespoon Carmencita Coriander leaves

1 tablespoon flour

Carmencita

Salt & curry

Extra virgin olive oil

Tzatziki sauce

Preparation

  1. Hydrate the chickpeas for a whole day and drain them.
  2. In a blender, add the onion, spices, chickpeas, salt and blend until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. Roll with a little oil in your hands and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Accompany with tzatziki sauce.
