2 bananas
1 sachet of Carmencita Grated coconut
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 teaspoon Carmencita Vanilla aroma
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon Carmencita Ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until you have a banana paste.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until you have a biscuit dough.
  3. Shape them and bake 15 minutes at 200⁰C.
