Ingredients

1 leg of lamb
25 g pork fat
Carmencita Salt & herbs
Carmencita black Pepper
2 glasses of water
1/2 glass of white wine
5 potatoes
1/2 tablespoon Carmencita Rosemary

Preparation

  1. Put the leg of lamb on a baking tray and coat all parts well with lard.
  2. Season with sea salt with herbs and ground black pepper.
  3. Add the water, white wine, rosemary and the potatoes to the pan.
  4. Bake for 2 hours at 180⁰C
